Chief Executive Eric Low receives OBE at Buckingham Palace

On Friday 1 February, Myeloma UK Chief Executive, Eric Low received his Order of the British Empire from His Royal Highness Prince Charles at Buckingham Palace. Eric was awarded the OBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List 2012.

On receiving the award Eric Low said,

“It was an honour to be presented my OBE by Prince Charles, which I accepted very much on behalf of the myeloma community. Together, we have achieved many great things over the past 15 years, but there is still much vital work to be done.

“I am humbled by the congratulations and acknowledgements I have received and thank everybody who has taken the time to do so.”
