We extend our deepest sympathy and condolences if you have lost someone close to you from myeloma.
Giving in memory is a special way to remember a loved one and Memorial Giving can be a practical and positive way for family members and friends to come together at a very difficult time for all concerned. It is also a comfort for many family members to know that all donations raised in memory of a loved one will help other families affected by myeloma.
Many people choose to commemorate the life of a loved one by making a donation on the anniversary of a birthday, wedding, or other special occasion. Donations can be made by telephone, post or online using the form below. Remember to give the name of the person you are donating in memory of so the money can be attributed correctly.
Many families choose to hold a funeral collection. If you decide to ask family and friends to give a donation in lieu of flowers at a funeral, we can provide you with funeral donation envelopes and gift aid forms. By receiving these we are able to claim 25 pence from the Inland Revenue for every pound donated. We can also provide you with information leaflets about Myeloma UK to hand out at the service.
To order Memorial Donation Envelopes or if you have questions relating to Memorial Giving, please contact Emma on 0131 557 3332 or email fundraising@myeloma.org.uk
Please send all donations via registered post to the Myeloma UK office at Broughton House, 31 Dunedin Street, Edinburgh EH7 4JG.
Myeloma UK receives no statutory funding and is almost entirely dependent on fundraising activities and the generosity of our supporters and donors. Without this, the vital work of Myeloma UK would not be possible.
