  • AL amyloidosis affects different people in different ways. This means that some people may be able to continue working whilst other people find they can not
  • If your job involves a lot of physical activity and/or manual labour, you are likely to find it more difficult to continue working
  • There may be some changes to your working circumstances, called ‘reasonable adjustments’, that your employer can make. These can make it easier to keep working
