Myeloma UK aim to always provide a high-quality service, however we would like to hear from you with any feedback or concerns you may have. This could be whether you feel that we are doing well or feel that we need to do something better. We really do value your opinion.

We welcome the opportunity to address any issues that are raised to put matters right, for you and for others who might use our services in future. In the first instance, if you are happy to do so, speak to the Myeloma UK staff providing the service you wish to comment on. Most issues can be addressed quickly by the people closest to the situation.
