Donate in memory
There are a number of ways you can celebrate the life of someone special and support our life-changing services.
Why giving in memory can mean so much
Giving a gift to Myeloma UK in memory of a loved one can be a truly meaningful way to remember their life.
It may also give you the opportunity to support a cause they cared about, recognise the support they received from us, and bring family and friends together at a very difficult time.
Everyone at Myeloma UK would like to extend their deepest sympathy and condolences if you have recently lost someone close to you.
We hope it brings you some comfort to know that all your support will help to improve the lives of people affected by myeloma and fund groundbreaking research into new treatments.
Ways you can give in memory

Make a donation
When you donate in memory of a person, you’re invited to share their name with us. This is so we can keep track of all gifts given in their memory and let their next of kin know the total raised in their memory.

Create a tribute fund
Setting up an online tribute fund is a lovely way to remember someone special and raise money to support our life-changing services.
Once you create your space, family and friends can give a gift to Myeloma UK, leave messages, share memories, add photos and organise events in memory of a loved one.

Fundraise in memory
To celebrate the life of a loved one and fundraise for Myeloma UK, you could sign up for an event or organise a fundraising activity of your own.
Whether you choose to do a 10k run, bake sale or something completely original, we’ll give you lots of helpful fundraising advice and top tips.

Funeral and memorial collections
If you’d like to ask people attending a funeral or memorial service to give a gift to Myeloma UK, maybe instead of flowers, we are here to help you.
We can answer any questions you may have about doing this, provide you with sealable envelopes for gifts, and send you information about Myeloma UK to include in an order of service or something similar.

Leave a gift in your will
No matter the size of the gift you choose to leave, your generosity will make a difference to the lives of people living with myeloma and their families in years to come.

Transfer funds from a collection
If you’ve held a collection in memory of a loved one, there are number ways you can send us the money you’ve raised. This includes through our website, over the phone and via online banking.
Bereavement support

We offer a free online bereavement support service with Grief Chat. It gives you the opportunity to talk about how you’re feeling with trained bereavement counsellors.
